| Drilling Department is in charge of all Pilot Receivers,
Dowel/Timing Holes, Water Lines, Tapped Holes, O-Rings, Counter Bores,
Vent Holes, etc. We also have Honing capabilities where a 6-8 Finish can be held for a smoother / non-friction transition from the Sleeve or Bushing with the pin that slides inside. Tolerance held in pilot holes can be within .0002 when needed and a Honed ID can be .0001 when requested. Deep Hole Drilling Machines have the capacity to drill a 28" deep hole, the depth of the hole ranges depending on the diameter to be drill. |
